Lead Front End developer building an open source Style Guide based on Atomic Design. Worked with Velir, Mass IT, and Palantir.net to apply patterns on the new mass.gov website. Pattern Lab was used to combine patterns and generate static prototypes.

Maintained and enhanced the site for two years on an Agile team. Updated the Responsive Grid layout, converted CSS files to SCSS using Grunt, performed a major Typography overhaul, and built a new multi-view Video Series component pulling content from YouTube.

Built two A/B testing prototypes for a new header — an image carousel version and a text navigation version — with no server-side code changes allowed. Wrote a custom dual-handle price slider in jQuery. Led the team in converting JS files to use the reveal module pattern, and built a solution to load 3rd-party scripts asynchronously after DOM Ready, reducing home page load time.

Lead Front End Web Developer managing a team of 4 developers. Led the Everest Poker FR project from stakeholder meetings through delivery. Delivered a full Everest Poker site reskin in two weeks. Upgraded the Everest Casino site to Plone CMS, including a jQuery carousel, a jQuery slider, and dynamically generated pages using Diazo XSL rules.
